The Armatix Baselock helps law enforcement and gun ranges secure and monitor large numbers of firearms.
The system can be mounted on a table, wall or floor in buildings, cars or special purpose vehicles of all kinds. The individual modules are set in a row, but each weapon is locked individually.
Baselock modules can be used in any number and in any combination with one another; every gun is secured individually. Individual removal is only possible after entry of a unique PIN code or via fingerprint or contactless transponder activation. The entire stock of arms can be removed following centralized or decentralized release using a group code.
The firearms can be secured with fully loaded magazines, allowing law enforcement to respond to an incident with fully loaded guns immediately.

HOW IT WORKS
The gun is placed on an Armatix blocking device integrated in a Baselock module and locked by applying slight pressure. The technology makes it possible to combine guns with different calibers in one Baselock module group. Intelligent ‐ Baselock modules or module groups can be linked to individually adapted IT applications.
The system is also networked, meaning it can be centrally unlocked and resecured all at once, minimizing response times for law enforcement. The networking function also allows law enforcement to monitor and track which firearms are removed and for how long, reducing the risk that the gun will be lost or stolen.
To maximize security, we also offer a Baselock High Security version, which uses both PIN code entry and a fingerprint scan.
BASELOCK WITH PIN VIDEO
Baselock modules or module groups can be networked with customized IT applications to efficiently manage, monitor and track individual weapons or entire weapons inventories. With a networked system, the authorization and release of weapons can be centrally controlled to ensure complete tracking and documentation of which weapon was used by whom and for how long. If a weapon is not returned on time, a preconfigured alarm is triggered automatically.
Weapons stored in the BASELOCK security system satisfy all requirements of strictest firearms legislation. They are equally well protected according to Sec. 26, para. 2 as in a gun safe with the highest resistance grade according to DIN EN 1143-1. This has been scientifically and technically certified by a test institute and the equivalence confirmed and approved by Germany's Federal Ministry of the Interior.
A weapon can be secured by pushing it onto a mechatronic locking element integrated in the BASELOCK module; light pressure causes the locking element to engage in the cartridge chamber. An individual weapon can only be removed after successful authentication by entry of a PIN code, fingerprint sensor or via contactless transponder activation. The entire inventory of weapons can be unlocked locally or centrally with a group code. In an emergency, the weapons can be released, armed and fully operational within seconds.
BASELOCK modules can be combined in any quantity, with every weapon secured individually. Within a group of modules, weapons of different calibers can be included. The modules can be mounted on tables, walls or floors in buildings, at shooting ranges, in emergency vehicles or in private homes.
With an extension module, BASELOCK can be adapted for the storage of additional equipment.
Before you insert your firearm in any Baselock device, please verify that the caliber of the locking element and the caliber of your weapons barrel correspond to the Approved List. If your barrel has been altered or is not to C.I.P. standards nor on the approved list, the use of any Baselock may result in malfunctions and can destroy your firearm.
Please check with your state Laws to ensure that our safety devices meet your requirements. Our Baselock devices have not been tested in all states.
